Shipping policy

All orders are prepped and shipped within 48 hours (weekends and US holidays excluded). Inaccurate or incomplete shipping address information may cause delays. 

Shipping is free within the United States for total purchase orders over $100. For total purchase orders under $100, shipping is variable based on the product. We typically ship via USPS 2-3 day Priority mail or via UPS 2-3 day Ground service, however we reserve the right to choose the best shipping method for speed and value. 

We offer international shipping. Shipping rates range from $39.95 to $89.99 depending on the region of the world and total weight of the order. For the rare order over 20 lbs in weight, shipping is between $69.99 and $89.99 USD. We have had to change our rates for the EU, Oceanic and African countries specifically, due to increased carrier rates and customs delays. We typically ship via UPS Worldwide service, however we reserve the right to choose the best shipping method for speed and value. Typical international deliveries take 5-14 days. We have seen international deliveries take as long as 21 days around the holidays (November/December).
